What is the usual shipping lead time?

Usual Shipping time is 7-10 days. International Shipping May take upto 2 weeks. If we have products in stock, we may be able to ship the next day too.

Is it safe to place an order online?

Yes, we use popular payment gateway services. International Payments are escrow gauranteed by Paypal.

How will I get Service/Support for the product?

Product comes with 1 year Warranty. If you face any issues, we can remotely support you overnet as Elite Scorer is IOT Enabled. Incase of controller failure, we can ship out a spare controller that can be easily replaced. We also offer full system replacements incase of total failure.

Can I upgrade my Product from Home basic to Club PRO?

Yes, a user may start with Basic and upgrade all the way to Club PRO.

How can I extend Warranty?

Warranty can be extended while warranty still being valid for upto 2 years. Please talk to us to know about the costs.

What if the accuracy of the product is not as advertised?

Accuracy testing is a complex topic. It requires technical expertise as well as a proper methodology is to be followed for testing Electronic Targets. We guide you through the steps to conduct accuracy tests. In case of inaccuracy, we offer refund except shipping charges. Please read return policy that came with the product to know more.

Is the costs included of taxes?

Import Duties and Local Taxes will be extra. We dont charge taxes for international orders. Our Shipping Partner DHL/Fedex will process the local import clearence for you and do the door delivery.
